Posted - 02/27/2004 : 08:33:37 I know Damien Rice is very fashionable right now and yes his album is very good. I'm just wondering why so little attention is given to Tom McRae, Just like blood was a fantastic album but no one seems to care. Why? |

Why do we need to archive the posts? I'm not computer savvy enough yet to figure it out for myself. |

I didn't like Tom McRae very much, he is a not very original cry baby. I saw him live in Paris, just before Frank Black (Dog in the Sand tour) and he was screaming all the time, I just couldn't wait until he finished.
Screaming!? He doesn't scream on Just like blood though. I'm not surprised he was given a hard time opening for Frank though, strange mix of artists that! |

Btw, any of you French people went on this gig? I remember some guys just in front of me shouting "Frank t'es bourré" (he really was drunk, I think), they had Frank Black flags and everything. Something happened at the beginning of the show, and Frank got really annoyed, I've never seen him nervous like that before.
Have some wine, please, don't run away. |
