I've just read a thread (started on 18 January 2004) concerning Throwing Muses and mention was being made of 50 Foot Wave...
I happen to be the webmaster of a website dealing with everything of 50 Foot Wave. If you haven't seen/heard anything from 50 Foot Wave I suggest you visit the website below. There are video files to be downloaded so you can hear/see what 50 Foot Wave sounds like!

Diggin' up the thread again because, if I'm not mistaken, nobody has mentioned the new Throwing Music Online website yet.
It's up and running at http://www.throwingmusic.com
It's the official site of Kristin Hersh, Throwing Muses, and Kristin's new kickass band 50 Foot Wave.
You can pre-order 50 Foot Wave's first mini-album from there. It will be available in the US from March 23rd and in Europe, via 4AD, form April 19th (according to manager Billy O'Connell, no official word from 4AD yet, I think).
