more open than i thought it would be but not a lot of points on my board. even with 26 clean sheets points i don't think i can bust 100. was hoping for 104 for 700 total....
if i understood all the rules properly from the get go i think i would have fared a lot better - like the captain swapping thing...

I just got 6 on today cos my dutchies earned me good money; Blind, De Vrij, Vlaar (38 points total). My 6; Hoewedes, Hummels, Lahm, Kroos, Mascherano, Schuerrle (c). Had to take off 10 points to fit them in; Clasie (7), Robben (3). Taking a chance with Schuerrle as captain cos he's starting on the bench but he always comes on when old man Klose needs to go for a lie down. I stayed with 10 points Cillessen. I got Neuer on the bench to keep Low from cheating again.

hmmm. alright will assess after but i probably would have taken cillesen and de vrij only, maybe even made de vrij my captain. he was good to me since group stage.
well i have 6 Arg and 5 Ger on the pitch. i think its gonna be a tight game defensively; i think Ger need to pot one early and try to play a possession game. don't think it will be nearly as open as some of their previous matches and if it goes to extra time i think Arg will pull it out. messi or mueller as my cap'n? or a d-man? decisions decisions.

so i was looking at my guys then they posted the line-ups and i went in and did a last minute transfer, literally, Silva out for Luiz. then went to put Luiz on my field and the lock came up. 7 points on the bench (not so bad considering). ouch. not to mention i made Hummels my captain :(.
