I had heard how amazing Sriracha is and had it for the first time tonight. I was unimpressed. It was fine, but nothing special. I much prefer the chili sauce I can get at most asian restaurants.

I like it but its a bit too sweet to eat too much of it. also it's not that spicy as far as I'm concerned

If in eating somewhere though it always appreciated to have it on the table. Good substitute to put on your eggs if there is no proper hot sauce

You're right, it's nothing much. I put it in pho but that's it. It doesn't compare with real chili paste.
