Just made a taco kit with lean ground chicken because there is a beef scare happening right now in my area (E. Coli) and i have to admit; although the fixings and the cooking was perfect it would have been better with BEEF.
Fuck chicken.

for tacos, yes. chicken is the inferior meat. it's actually pointless as a taco. i'd rather eat cabeza
i do like a good chicken burrito though. or Jamaican style chicken. grilled chicken on skewers is good |

Poultry in general is outstanding. Ground chicken, never a good idea. You wouldn't do that to duck, don't do it to chicken.
