You can make it taste better by cooking it in broth.
Or use it in a salad like tahbouli.

I recently found out I have a gluten intolerance.
Not much villi left at this point.
Hot damn I want a croissant...

I could do that with shredded cardboard and it would taste pretty fuckin' good.

I find it's quite good for long-duration human occupied spaceflights.

edit. listening to Bud Powell (Star Eyes, Tenderly, Bean and the boys...) while viewing/listening to this cooking show makes for a more enjoyably modern whatever experience

Does Sofia Vergara suffer from celiac disease? If so, I am sure she would enjoy a trip to a restaurant that serves quinoa. If not then I'll bet she would still be willing to sample foods made of this alternative pseudo-grain.

The litmus test is whether you'd take Sofia Vergara to a restaurant that served it.

I remember sitting in a basement listening to Fields of Marigold until I passed out.

healthy food, yeah - superfood, not sure. I do use it as refuelling food after long runs - and when I start running further, I'll take some with me. I'd cook with a stock cube and chuck some butter or borlotti beans in.
