I'll start with this one shall I

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IBRiKAWYPpg

bit of a forgotten track of their debut, starts and continues a bit Stone Rosesey, I just love the hallow backing vocals at the end of it. there is a lot to be said for this genre of music, it has come back to us and with a vengeance.

I heard this was going to happen 10 years ago and it did. Also remember hearing about the early 2000's bubblegum pop explosion way back in 1997.

Were those prophecies or just someone at the time complaining about how there were no good records coming out anymore?

Either way, both are still here and still there are bands out there making it. If people ever stop making great music then at least I know I have the rest of my life to spend catching up on this stuff that has already been recorded.

Not exactly shoegazing but, rather than creating a whole new thread for it...
