Is it a coincidence that pop music took a dive in the late nineties, when the moped-chugging, trouser-wearing "Britpop" brigade decided to flood our charts with Blur and Pulp?

Kurt Kobain was dead, and the Pixies were starting to become a distant memory. Tallok was abound that rave music was starting to approach the end of it's short-lived life from the start fad span, and trip hop was.

Then there was McLucksy.

(to be continued...)
