Cheesecake and lemon meringue pie are two other favourites of mine, but my girlfriend made a fantastic apple and blackberry pie tonight. Excellent autumn dessert.

coffee hedhehog it's called
no pics anywhere, but it's a cake with coffee and chocolate cream (alternating spongecake and cream) in the form of a hedgehog and with roasted sliced almonds on top (resembling spines)
