not only was the Ramen good but i'm 99% positive i saw the actress from THE DEPARTED there

Even if the food hadn't been good and you hadn't seen an actress, you have to admit they have the best name possible for a ramen restaurant.
floop Posted - 11/04/2007 : 20:47:39
coincidentally, later in the day i was at the .99 cent store and saw Carrot Top buying some of the other kind of ramen

jury duty again. that sucks. my girlfriend just throws the notices away when she gets them. she's never served. her theory is that they'll never be able to prove that you got the notice.

i happen to have more civic responsibility than her so i've served, but it's tempting to throw those fucking things away

Daikokuya is worth checking out. if you're downtown you have to go to all the great sushi places down there. Hama Sushi is my probably my favorite.

check it yo

Tony, you had to say that in public...it's not fair!

But, as you know, kids are just like that, they only see that their mother is right when they grow older.

Darwin, in my language is carne assada, maybe that's spanish.

I don't know why, but I know I can't stay

i've never been to Mr. Ramen but i'll check it out (ramen is great for a hangover). i actually haven't found any great ramen in LA yet.. this place is pretty good http://www.yelp.com/biz/iSZpZgVnASwEmlq0DORY2A but after being in Japan and eating ramen almost every day for lunch, it's hard to find anything that measures up.
also, in Japan they have more miso-based ramen, which i actually like the best. it's a little harder to find that here, but i'm still looking

You could serve yourself, Kathryn, me, and your mother with all those ingredients. Hardly an equal comparison.

Please pardon me, for these my wrongs.
