I know this is bit of a lame topic but there is a reason. Living in China, I often have cravings for food I used to eat in England. Sometimes I wake up and lie in bed thinking about what I miss. Anyway..

big juicy kebabs in naan bread
meat and potatoe pies
fry-ups
Chicken Madras
My mum's lasagne
Crumpets
Fish and Chips - with salt and vinegar

God, I'm hungry now. Any thoughts?

My favorite food is tomatoes and lemon juice. I'll put either one or both on anything.

I've recently discovered that Cumin is the best spice ever. It's the secret ingredient to making the best guacamole.

Do you not just have sausages of any kind? Surely you must! Any meat with mash goes pretty well anyway imo! and ketchup!

Cumin is one of my very favourite spices as well.
I always double the amount specified in recipes.
Its the best in hummus too.

what's quite nice is just a bit of olive oil on some bread, with a tiny sprinkle of salt. mmm

The crumpet can be vastly improved with half an inch of melted cheddar cheese and a soupcon of marmite. Yummy.
