This is a great read, if you have a half-hour to kill on a Monday (or whenever you happen to see this). The Washington Post took a famous, world-class violinist, put him in a bus station, and had him play for change -- without telling commuters who he was. They filmed the episode, and subsequently published this rather long article about it, which is seriously worth your time:

Please pardon me, for these my wrongs.

It is really long, but I agree it's worth a perusal.

Nothing is ever something.

That article is really long. Does it come on tape?
