This is one of my favorite local bands...can anyone figure out what this songs means?

Much different from all their other music. The rest is usually more introspective, but very nice nonetheless.

It's definitely not Solid System sounding, which is my favorite song from their self titled. As for the song Frank Black 98 I couldn’t really hear the lyrics. Something about, “to be king of the late night talk show hosts?” maybe they are singing about this frank black from the millennium show.
