Starting on March 31, MTV Tr3s, a bi-cultural channel extension of MTV, will be on the lookout for young men who think they have what it takes to become a member of a modernized Menudo.
The show, titled "Road To Menudo," will premiere on May 12. Before the air date, casting calls will be held in Miami, Dallas and New York, all throughout the month of April.
According to a press release, the men have to be at least 15-years-old "and appear to be less than 19-years-old."
Celebrity judges will determine if the aspiring artists can sing and dance like true professionals. Music manager Johnny Wright is also expected to help the judges make the final decision.
Once the group is formed, they will be signed on to Epic Records.

The MTV Tr3s competition is being produced by Reveille.
