In the bathroom while gazing at your visage in a mirror? While reading sordid tales of hero-fondling on your PC? Standing on one leg with your eyes closed (I'm going to try this)?

Is there a cultural difference in this, or is it just how busy you are?

oooh, battery or manual toothbrushes?

Traditional Japanese? Never heard of that either. I'll try to remember that when in the Asian supermarket the next time.
Interesting. I'm still skeptical though.
Newo Posted - 03/12/2007 : 13:41:36
Kelladwella, I get it in a shop down the road from me, comes in a large sachet and says traditional Japanese toothpaste on the packet. Perhaps you can find it in a local bio shop or an Asian supermarket.

Tre, your signature always makes me giggle like a schoolgirl.

You could use an aubergine acts the handle, with a block of sea-salt stuck on for the brush! ;)
kelladwella Posted - 03/12/2007 : 05:11:07
Really? Where do you get the aubergine ashes from? And why aubergine? I heard of the salt thing, but this sounds odd.
starmekitten Posted - 03/12/2007 : 03:58:25
mmm, chemical aftertaste.

Idiot.
Newo Posted - 03/12/2007 : 03:27:14
I brush mine with ashes of aubergine and sea salt. Teeth are more white than they had been, and no chemical aftertaste.

I brush mine in the bathroom after breakfast and it is the last thing i do at night before going to sleep. And I have this weird thing... I have to brush my teeth every time i leave my house. (in between am and pm brushing.) Anyone else have this strange habit?

I tried that a few months ago. It was quit good actually. Saved time anyway.

Floss - electric toothbrush (with two heads, for some reason) - mouthwash. I got told off by the scary dental hygienist after my first dentist visit for about five years, so I do it properly these days.

I have no teeth.
Homers_pet_monkey Posted - 02/24/2007 : 03:43:11
I do it in the bathroom, in front of the mirror. I brush my tongue also, and I now use mouthwash too. My teeth are in pretty good shape thankfully.

Dental care is high on the agenda here recently.

Ha, I was going to preempt that, but thought I'd see who cracked the joke first. My money was on a frenchman.

I brush my tongue as well. An ex of mine used to have a metal tonguescraper, and I started using one as well for a while. Until I lost it somehow. I use a manual brush and just stand in front of the sink. No mirror above the sink.

I tried brushing with my eyes closed, standing on one leg last night. It's bloody hard.

Twenty times time is here again.
Twenty times time is all you need.

Here’s a little number for you.
Twenty times up, twenty times down.
It helps you with things that you have to do.
Twenty times left and twenty times right.
It’s a special trick I know, that makes you get up and go.
It doesn’t take that long, and soon you’ll shout and feeling it divide (?)
This is what I say to you.

Time to move, time to make it happen.
Twenty times time is here again.
Time to smile, time to get the feeling.
Twenty times time is all you need.

Now you know what I’m talking about.
Twenty times up, twenty times down.
A magic number without a doubt.
Twenty times left and twenty times right.

I smile to say ‘hello’.
You know it really makes you glow.
If you listen to this song, soon you’ll see it’s good for you and me.
This is what I say to you.

Time to move, time to make it happen.
Twenty times time is here again.
Time to smile, time to get the feeling.
Twenty times time is all you need to smile.

Time to move, time to make it happen.
Twenty times time is here again.
Time to smile, time to get the feeling.
Twenty times time is all you need.

Time to move, time to make it happen.
Twenty times time is here again.
Time to smile, time to get the feeling.
Twenty times time is all you need.
Twenty times time.

i have a sonic care which i carefully hold over each tooth for a 5 count and then concentrate on the front eight at the end until the 2 minute timer turns the thing off.

if i don't have my sonic care i usually put on a lot of tooth paste and insert into my mouth and shake my head from side to side, i've always done it that way. i'm curious to know how much time people spend brushing their tongue. i do it longer with the manual toothbrush because the sonic care tickles the back of my tongue.

I affix my nipple clamps and then start brushing. Usually takes me about 30 seconds to start foaming ...

Please pardon me, for these my wrongs.

manual, preferably in front of a mirror over a sink. i slober a lot (still not sure what i'm doing wrong, probably keeping my mouth open too much) so i need the sink. the house i'm in at the mo doesn't have a mirror over the sink (annoying for shaving too) so if i go to the mirror i take a glass with me... hah
