Preview:
D Martyn retired from International cricket late last week, so Australia have added 2 new members to the squad at short notice ~ A Symonds (a 10 Test "veteran"} & A Voges (yet to play a Test). I assume AS will play.
Meanwhile England, 0-2 down in the 5-match series are hanging by a thread to keep the series alive. They have done reasonably well in the most recent warm-up match in Perth, with both openers: A Strauss & A Cook both finding form with the bat. I suppose the big question is still the same: will Monty Panesar finally get a game?
Stay tuned.. Kick off is Thurs 14th Dec.

Surely Monty will play. Unfortunately it looks like Giles will play as well.
How the hell did Symonds get another go?? Australia is obsessed with finding an allrounder. |
