Anyone from here, or live nearby? I'm traveling there next week...and even though I'm only there for a day (next Tuesday), I plan to go out in the evening and do something with my coworker. Any suggestions?

Okay...got back from Ottawa last night. It was such a whirlwind business trip. I was in Ottawa, downtown Ottawa...there was some cool old castle thingies...and a Big Ben-ish clock. Saw it at night. Then I crossed the border (three minutes from where I was staying) into Quebec, where I drove about 10 miles to Gateneau (sp?) to work for 12 hours setting up merchandising for a store. Then I drove back to Ontario...I'm so confused. Then I went to a bar called The Glue Pot and drank a beer and had a shot of something gross. Then I went to bed and got up and came back to California. End of thread.

The Senators play at home on Thusday the 12th.
It's Bureaucratic Heaven, once they've got the fifth stamp on their credentials they go to Hull and Limbo.

Supposed to be a nice town but I don't have a clue. In the winter people skate the river and that's about all I know.
