For those of us too lazy to look it up or can't find it.
Someone should know the answers so ask away.
I watched O Brother....again yesterday and have one question.
Right when the KKK are about to hang Tommy and someone throws the colorguard flag and someone else shouts out "Don't let that flag hit the ground!" Why? What happens if it does?
I also watched the episode of Southpark that was all about Mel Gibson and The Passion.... During one part they were flashing all sorts of images really fast and one of them was a picture of Alan Alda. Now what does Alan Alda have to do with anything related to this episode or topic? Anyone?

Jessica Simpson is shockingly beautiful. But what's up with those big 'ol saggy mom boobs? The kind with that really strange, Loni Anderson type cleavage.

Patrick Duffy? wasn't he on Dallas? i remember duffy the girl vj...
It turns out it was all just a dream (1980s soap opera joke).
Alan Alda is hardly a marginal star. He starred on a hit show for something like 12 years, was nominated for an Oscar a year and half ago, and just ended a seaon starring on West Wing. |

Maybe you're right. I was too young to remember watching Dallas, I just know that the Southpark Sasquatch had Patrick Duffy for a leg.

I never was a regular with that show but I do remember seeing that part and cracking up. "Why, Why! When will it end?"

I don't remember the scene in O Brother, but out of respect for a national flag it should never touch the ground. If you ever get the chance to watch a color guard raise or lower a national flag, no matter how big the flag is, they will never let any part of it touch the ground. That said if it does touch the ground it is not a crime, just raise it off the ground in a timely manner.
