I thought that he had played Galway in recent years-just done a bit of Googling, and he did indeed play-on sunday june 27th 2004, at Pearse Stadium.

Nope. I wouldn't mind going, but I saw him in Kilkenny a few years back. Ronnie Wood joined him onstage! I have some crap pics.
