Nurse Jenny, I like that you've stuck around a little but really we're not so keen on the spamming here so I might have to take your link down from your post if you don't. Sorry, plus, aren't agencies super-regulated in the US? they're a pain in the arse over here and being shut down at a rapid rate because the government don't like the high cost of agency nurses. Although who the hell they'll blame MRSA on when they get rid of them all I don't know.

No, i'm going to say spammer. Just looking at her profile gives it away: homepage=nursing agency, picture link=nursing agency, location=Burnsville which is the same address as the nursing agency.
Los Angeles is a good answer. But going to the Discopedia and checking the first album you come across, then the first song, it would have been an easy answer. Easy like some kind of piece of cake.
