Consider the benefits of both.

Sitting is relaxing.

You can see more "things" when you stand.

Begin!

I say standing. Sitting down too much can lead to what is known in the call centre world as 'The Argos Ass'. Over the space of a year the toosh can actually double in size. I know, I've studied it.

Does standing not include running, walking etc? If not I'll go for sitting now.

Well, I did manage to apprehend an Alien who tried to mug me once. I said, 'You can spit all the acid you want, but I'm leaving you in that cellar until the fuzz get here.'

Standing is boring, sitting is relaxing.
I don't like to just stand. I can't stand standing.
I'd rather walk, dance or run.

my desk at work goes up and down so i can sit or stand. i usually stand most of the day. humans weren't meant to be sitting on our asses all day.

we're supposed to be out running through tall grass, rolling around in green fjords with voluptuous blonde women, protecting them from lions and tigers and the evil dragon monster

I'm having a very "Vs." day.

Ah yes, the dump theory.
Keep that in mind people!

I'm sensing a theme to your threads.

sitting...it's harder to have a dump standing up.
