This is good news. Hope they keep their SoCal shows.

Well, after talking today with someone who knows, it's looking like the latter, Carl.

Apparently the tour promoter found someone else to fill slots for either part or all of this Fall swing. The shows I would have gone to have been nixed. Colour me miffed.

Nothing is ever something.

Is that North American Tour by The Fall, or Not Any Tour by The Fall?

And who is/isn't touring in the fall?

;)

Welcome to The Wonderful and Frightening World of Mark E. Smith.

A couple years ago he slipped on ice and broke his leg or hip or something. They played half the tour with him sitting on a chair until he finally couldn't take it anymore.

It is a strange route they're taking...a big clockwise loop in the west. I won't believe it until they're here. If memory serves, the last two tours were either abandoned halfway or canceled altogether.

Does anyone remember laughter?
