Jerry Tang is Asian American, 6’-1”, 160 lbs, 39 years old, with black hair and brown eyes. He is prone to seizures, and is without his medication. It is possible that he is injured (possibilities include strokes or seizures, as well as the results of being out in the cold) and/or may have been taken in by homeless community.
