Has anyone heard of the Fence Collective? It's a collection of artists whom have an association with the record label 'Fence', that Kenny Anderson, aka. King Creosote set up. They play together and sorts, in a kind of 'collected Fence bands' manner. It's all based in the Kingdom of Fife, Scotland. It's mostly acoustic music, as far as I have heard. Artists include u.n.p.o.c., James Yorkston, HMS Ginafore, Lone Pigeon, etc.

I suggest looking intae these artists. They're very good. Particularly King Creosote (who has recently released KC Rules OK, which is great) and u.n.p.o.c. (who released an album a couple of years ago called Fifth Column, I'm nee quite sure what they're up tae now though). James Yorkston is also worth having a listen tae.
