This is the album that the Fiery Furnaces recently released. It's had almost universally negative reviews. It has their grandmother talking about various parts of her life (I believe) throughout.
I loathed it for a while, but, funnily enough, it's really starting to grow on me now. It'll probably never be one of those albums you think "I really fancy sticking 'Rehearsing My Choir' on" but I'm beginning to enjoy it at the moment. I've been listening to it in pieces, then coming back to it. It's a bit like Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds; I could never listen to that all in one go either.

So, the question: has anyone else heard this album?
