i am awful at languages (probably including english). i took french german and latin for 3 years (11-14 or something) and don't remember a fucking work of any. apart from like, bonjour...
also, i took spanish as a gcse (15-16) and i am HALF FUCKING SPANISH! and i only got a C, plus i have forgotten most. the weird thing is though, i can understand quite a lot from a converastion between other people. just can't construct many sentences myself. do you think that some people are just better than languages than other? you would have thought it was genetic, but my english dad speaks spanish pretty well, and my spanish mum is pretty good at english (still has a strong accent though!)

I think I don't remember much Latin from when I took it in high school.
