I'm itching to see the last season of Six Feet Under.

Ha... You can buy all the seasons of anything here in China... currently watching the 5th Season of Six Feet. I agree, great show. I'm not really into American TV, but HBO is fantastic!
A good place to download tv shows, mainly British comedy, soaps and documentaries is www.uknova.com. This is a great website if you can get memebership for it. Its free but I think that their membership might be full at the moment.

i got hooked and needed to dl season 4........
because those are huge files, it's rare to find them all bundled or zipped into one file.
you will have better luck if you se the hb episode guide http://www.hbo.com/sixfeetunder/episode/season5/episode63.shtml
in collaboration with isohunt http://isohunt.com/torrents.php?ihq=six feet under&ext=&op=and&ihs1=18&iho1=d&iht=-1&ihp=4 and search either with specific episode titles OR with the format 503 for season , episode 3.......501 for season 5, episode 1 and so on

We got rid of our cable TV a long while back.
Most of what we watch anymore is DL'd from either Demonoid.com, Myspleen.net, or mininova.org
Sometimes I go to thepiratebay.org or torrentspy.
