I am hoping to find that they indeed cannot be extradited from Britain to face charges in a foreign country. Sorry to bore those of you who have no interest whatsoever.

This question stems from the admittance of David Radler and the apparent plea bargain he has struck for his testimony against Conrad Black and his evil selfish ways. I am wondering if Mr. Black knew has was up-the-creek a few years back and that is the reason why he became the Lord of Crossharbour. It makes sense if he knew that there was a great chance of the British parliament rejecting any consideration of extraditing a Lord.
