Well, not really, but BT have tried to predict some technological advancements up to 2051 here:

There are different categories such as telecommunications and environment, Some of the things they think will happen are
A virus crossing from machine to human in 2025 :D
Circuits being made with bacteria
Faster than light travel (2040)
Wave energy providing 50% of UK energy by 2045
Terminator 3 style robots (2045) \o/
