Do you think men get have horomonal cycles that lead to moodiness??If so, what are the symptoms? What causes it?

Discuss amongst yourselves.

No, thanks. I find the idea kind of disturbing.

I know I'm moody when I'm over tired or stressed, plus I was a very moody teenager, a seething cauldron of pure hormones, but I've mellowed out since .

Powerful bowel movements are annoying too.
I get extrememly moody when I get hungry...for example, at lunch today my coworkers were late to a restaurant and I threw an out-loud fit in the parking lot when I couldn't remember the name of Rubio's (a mexican fast food chain in U.S.). It had nothing to do with anything, nevertheless I went insane. It had me livid all the way through my meal until I started to get full. And we weren't even eating at a Rubio's.

I was alone...in my BIG BED
