It couldn't be, though, because at the end of the video it disappears behind the building. If it was connected to the car in any way it wouldn't have done that.
It's difficult to know what to think about these things. 99% of the time theres some sort of reasonable explanation, but you never know (and the idea that there could be aliens is perfectly reasonable to me. I would say it's unreasonable to believe there aren't).
