I was all out of luck, like a duck that died. I was all out of juice, like a moose denied. |

I would avoid it on the peanut butter 'n jelly. There's a local oyster bar that serves shrimp po'boy sandwiches and you mix up your own cocktail sauce with plenty of horseradish and that makes the whole thing.
All of the true things I am about to tell you are shameless lies |

try a hot ham&cheese with a light spread of honey on one piece of bread and some horseradish on the other.
I don't even like sandwiches and I want to try that.

Posted - 06/14/2005 : 14:22:24 Why would you put it on any sandwich other than a roast beef sandwich?
What you want is a truly juicy bloody (sorry vegetarians) piece of steak with a good dose of horseradish on the side. |

I ate a big spoonful of horseradish as a young'un and was scarred. and scared. Perhaps it's time to revisit horseradish and give it a try.
I will take convincing, though. |

Posted - 06/14/2005 : 14:05:24 There is nothing that should not be eaten without horseradish. The spicier the better. The only thing better than horseradish is wasabe sauce, which should be mixed only with the most minimal amount of soy sauce. If you have mixed the right ratios, when you are eating it your sinuses should be on fire and your eyes should be tearing.
Excellent topic, btw!
