i had an awesome quesadilla last night:
thinly sliced turkey meat
gouda
thinly sliced up granny smith apple
a honey/dijon sauce (homemade)
and some simple mild tomato salsa.
they fuckin' rocked!

Crisis in the Surfer household - no hot sauce left. Good supply of chillis - but no hot sauce - doubt I'll cook till some time next week again, but there will be a second round. |

For mine Xav you really need pre-cooked/season chicken breasts or else you have to take some extra measures in cooking the chicken...
If it's Raw Chix you would want to marinate it and then grill or bake it then cut into strips... most simple would be marinate in Italian Salad Dressing for 30 minutes
If it's precooked then you don't have to do anything but heat it on the stove
anyway, good luck
