What d'U think of them?
Peace on phantasies...

Posted - 05/24/2005 : 01:50:34 Gosh, I saw those Naast, so pretencious, faking troubles on stage, playing dump loud punk that sounds the same... The drumer is 8 years old and plays... punk... Ugly teenage girls jump on the stage and say, Whouua! before slamming... et voilà... thank U Libertines... Nelson despite the lack of originality of their name and their weak english accents is not bad for a teenage band, though the only character that doesn't seem out of context on stage is the main singer (the small one)...
Paris ça craint niveau rock... c'est mieux le jazz...

Two covers of the Ramones, some original songs that were very libertinesques, as their attitude, which seemed a bit fake. Too many stupid friends of them (wich I heard was members of Naast) acting like rockstars while their 15 years old. Saw Neimo too, quite good, a guitar player, a singer and keyboards. a mix of the ramones, depeche mode on ecstasy and Bloc Party. Quite interresting. I've met some members of Stuck In The Sound at two Frank shows and at the festival des inrocks. They gave me their demo when I met them at the Bataclan, they are good, and they are nice guys, really.
