The Joy Division frontman is being remembered throughout the world tomorrow, May 18, on the anniversary of his suicide.

This is a comprehensive list of events worldwide:

*major bump*

Thought this might be of interest....the new issue of Mojo has an article on Joy Division, plus I think the free CD features covers of JD songs:

Thanks Kiki. That's the exact colour I was thinking of.

To be fair you may well be right. I may never know so I should just get the t-shirt. What colour though? Hmmm.

Wow! Thanks for posting those, Homers.
I like to think he wasn't depressed in the second
one, just gathering his thoughts. Maybe I'm fooling
myself.

Here is one of the pictures Kiki (the actual prints are better quality). This is the one on my wall.

Sorry but I couldn't find the others on the net.

I have been thinking about getting this image on a t-shirt but I am not sure I want to just remember him as a depressed young man. There is such beauty in this picture though.

Anything you can post here, Homers and/or FBC? Many thanks.

I couldn't make it sadly but I am sure it will be screend on the BBC some time soon. It wasn't the best place to show it anyway.

There are some nice black and white pics of Ian in this weeks NME. They are going on my wall when I get home.

I'm hoping to head north to Madchester on Saturday to see the photo exhibition.

Remembering.
