My answer: my husband telling me he's away on a business trip the night the Pixies play Boston, which means I can't go to that show.

Posted - 05/11/2005 : 16:10:13 Tell you what, Surfer, we'll switch husbands. Yours can come to my house for a home-cooked meal. What the hell, I'll create the whole husband experience for him: he'll be asked about his day, given an adult beverage, fed a home-cooked meal...he can give the kid a bath, read Babar books, the whole husband-comes-home deal. You get your carefully planned night alone. Then, when my husband must be be away on the only night I can catch a Pixies summer tour show, I get him back, since I need a husband in my house so I can go out of state. Pls. think about this offer and get back to me. Soon.

Posted - 05/11/2005 : 13:52:14 No - that'd be Saturday and the beginning of next week - this makes me sound like such a cold hearted bitch, but I'm pissed off that the husband is in town on Friday night - I wanted the house to myself. |

People, people! What are you least looking forward to. I started this thread, I'm the person who started the "this is going to make you feel BAD" thread. Don't post what you look forward to, post what you dread.
Denis, for example, got it right: seeing Dean is what he least looks forward to this week.
Indeed, I got your thread perfectly well. Except that I missed the "upcoming week" part. We still have 2 weeks left before Dean arrives to eat our bread and steal our women (not sure about the last part though).

Posted - 05/10/2005 : 01:49:20 Now that the dentist is over with (they cocked up the filling last year so I need more drilling in a fortnight...grrr) I'm not looking forward to taking my three year old daughter to 'Loopy Hoops' on Friday. It's like an gym/activity thing at the local sports centre. The problem is that I have to leave her there, and she gets hysterical and distraught when I go. She's fine soon after I've left, but I feel so bad :(( I know it's for the best though, but it's still awful.

Well, I would have to say the speculum. Without getting to graffic....last year....my doctor accidently pinched (quite painfully) a certain part of my anatomy with it and I about flew off the table. Thank God, my doctor is a woman so she was very apologetic and about in tears about it herself. |
