Thursday , I 'll arrive in Amsterdam and will stay until sunday evening, alone... for a pilgrimage...
I would love to see one of you dutsch people, for a splif or five and eventually play music... or else.
By da way, is there a good concert during this week-end.?. Kinda good rock thing or arty music?
I am waiting for suggestions,

I don't live near Amsterdam at all, but Haarlem is quite close to Amsterdam
16 minutes traveling with the train
It's not that expensive: 6 euros
they will play from 21.40 - 22.30
If you leave at 20:37 you will be there before 21:00
trains will go from Haarlem to Amsterdam till 1:20
so.....

but I'm going to Haarlem on thursday and there will be a free concert
with the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion!
I know you don't come the Netherlands to see an american band, but they are damn good
and they are for free!

I'm very jealous - exploring Amsterdam without any hinderances would be great fun. Re your apprehension on the shrooms - just chat to the guys in the shop, they'll be able to advise you best. Personally I'd keep any shroom taking during the day if you're on your own (and then go mad at night if it's all happy and good). It all depends on your own tolerance levels I think, but it's not something I've ever freaked out on plus you still have moments of profound lucidity, so if you are struggling just focus during those times.

I have already been there twice but with friends... This time I will be alone and I plan to focus on Churches and Parks trying to find inspiration for my novels... This is also an attempt to face a few facts of my life. Maybe I'll never get back from this trip. I don't know...
Anyway, I won't be online this evening and I'll leave the office in 3 hours...
Don't waste your time I deeply checked the net concerning good CShops... I just worry a bit about Shrooms... but I really want to try some, as I tried Psylos 2 years ago and it was intense and "salamanderesque".
I also would have loved to meet local fb fans, but apparently they are not around... or do not want to...
i'll let you know if I am back!

I'm particularly fond of Columbians, Hawaiians aren't bad and I've had some very good (and strong) truffles (can't remember where from) - the guys at the shop will have a good idea as to what their best is - I'd just ask them what they recommend. That's what I always do (unless I've grown them myself).

Personally I'd also recommend staying away from any of the Bulldog coffee shops as they are disgusting. My favourites and the only ones I ever bother to go to is Die Rokery (nice vibe, not too touristy) especially the one next to the stray cats barge. I'll consult my map/memory tonight and try to remember the address (incidentaly around the corner from Barneys)

But do you know what kind of shrooms in particular, like, the Hawaian or Thai...

TAKE THE SHROOMS - then go lie around in the park and visit the Van Gogh Museum
Barneys is a damn fine spot for breakfast, plays good music, does good pancakes and most importantly sells excellent weed
