Posted - 05/04/2005 : 12:47:01 Same as VoVat. I really used to daydream a lot. Though it made me extremely anti-social, I have to say I miss those days sometimes. I seem to have lost the ability to fantasize like I used to. (Never had an imaginary friend though). |

Posted - 05/04/2005 : 11:38:05 I daydreamed for practically my entire childhood, but I never had an imaginary friend in the sense that a lot of people do. My fantasies didn't encroach upon reality in that way.
I was all out of luck, like a duck that died. I was all out of juice, like a moose denied. |

Posted - 05/02/2005 : 05:47:49 Hey MaRy.
While I don't remember having any imaginary friends (honest), my three year daughter currently has a variety of them. She has imaginary people and chickens. There are about ten of each, and some of the people have names, and we are reliably informed that one is pregnant. The chickens keep escaping from the garden (gotta do something about that fence) and they eat chicken and beans.
The other day we went to the local shop. After getting what we wanted and leaving the shop, about a hundred yards down the road my daughter started crying. I asked what was wrong (being a caring father). She said that the people had got trapped in the shop, so we had to go back to the shop and open the door to let the people out. I still can't believe I did it.:D
