A friend is visiting who quite likes him but now it turns out she leaves a couple days before Jack Johnson plays so I think itīll be tickets for Asian Dub Foundation instead.

Yeah, I know where you're coming from. It's like there's nothing much to distinguish one from another. And when they have names as utterly mundane as "Jack Johnson," there's even LESS to distinguish them by.

Me too, though it's not as excruciatingly boring as the
whole "sensitive singer/songwriter lesbians with
guitars" thing.

If you mean Daniel Johnston, I totally agree with you, Susquatch.

Daniel Johnson would be preferable

He is alright. Although I prefer Ben Harper. I got into him when he was opening for G Love....strangely enough G Love went on to open for him.

I find him really annoying (maybe cause my friend likes him?)

I equate Jack Johnson to turn-of-the-century heavyweight boxing (19th to 20th century, specifically).

"It's All Understood" is a really good song. Emotional. I'm not familiar with any of his other songs.

I didn't really see much difference between him and his clone, John Jackson. That's why I voted for Nixon's head in a jar.
