ok, so I'm goin' for high read-count on this one

I want to go buy some tee shirts and do my own cheap-ass silkscreen job on it...I called some places locally to see how expensive it would be for me to make my own Pixies and FB shirts...just a couple of them, right? well, they wanted too much dough, man.

i've seen Ps and FB shirts on ebay and other places online but not what I really want...colors, style, etc. and decided i can do this myself!

can i just go buy some fabric paint, print some of my own grafix from my computer, cut those out and paint away? is it difficult? i'm good at computer stuff etc so i'm thinkin' i can knock this out pdq.

anyone else do this? if there's a website that's helpful, i've yet to find it.

thanks!

I'd rather be an icon than an idol.

aah, when I say "floop is always wrong" what I literally mean is "that floop, he's such a swell guy why can't they all be as clever and witty and good looking as that, i think on the whole the world would be a better place if more people looked up to floop as an icon, no an idol even and tried to live their lives in the manner he does, where beer mexican food and other such good things are always held in revere, where comedians are funny and no one makes lame jokes, where dress sense is casual to the untrained eye but has a deeper sophisticated side, where good taste is a must and everyone is so polite, even when masking it by jolly banter which is of course always of the cleverest caliber, in fact floop would probably be the idealest guy in the whole world second to none if he weren't so wrong about cats being better than dogs"

thats a white noise machine
it masks out annoying noises
and it's also a play on "in space no one can hear you scream"
because no one can hear you scream on the internet
especially if they have a white noise machine

aah it made sense at the time

My band has made DIY t-shirts before, with decent results. What we have done is cut out stencils from cardboard, and then using fabric paint, painted the image onto t-shirts. Even after many washings, the images are still pretty vivid. We are now working on our second generation of t-shirts, this time using a different method. We have a friend who is an art student, who has acess to machinery to create silk screens, so we provided him with an image, and he is making a silk screen for us.

Are you honest when no one's looking? Can you summon honey from a telephone? They sat there with their hooks in the water and their mustaches caked with airplane glue.

Isn't that against the law? It's still producing illegal merch. It's not like you're seeling it though.

I ordered three t-shirts from goodrock.com this month, and it was a nigthmare. Although they do sell Pixies t-shirts for only like 11$.

Well, you could go to Office Depot or someplace.

Pick up some iron-on transfer things.

Take a bite of the chocolate coffin.

You could just send your design to an online firm like I have done in the past. They then print it for you.
