I try to stay away from the heavy topics, but it's something I have to address.

I used to not consider these as a legitimate part of the "M&M family". However my opinion is changing.

They are now my favorite part of the M&M family.

So tasty...

1. I am a fsh with no i's.
2. You must be wearing Zubaz, 'cause you're daring to be different.
3. I am a man with 3 fingers...but that doesn't count my index finger nor my thumb.

No, kathryn should just buy peanut butter M&M's.
They provide the only candy-like satisfaction.

I think Kathryn should just buy one of each thing in the candy aisle. Except the Necco Wafers, because who likes those?

MMM peanut butter M&M's I haven't had those in forever!!! MMM

Smarties are so good too, but really hard to find here in the US. I did find one place that does sell them. I like the colors and the shells that are thicker than M&M's.

Reeses pieces are so good tooo... I like those mixed in with non fat frozen vanillar yogurt... mmm

one has a peanut the other has
peanut butter.
kathryn Posted - 03/12/2005 : 10:48:41
So there's the peanut ones and the peanut butter ones?
Two different things? I am such a dolt. I don't even know
the difference.

I asked my pal at work today (while I was eating PEANUT m&ms..."hey, have you tried peanut BUTTER m&ms?"

his mouth dropped open and said "DUDE! oh! They're so..."
i replied "cocaine?"
"yeah! that's it! i ate a whole damned pound of 'em the last time i got 'em! don't try 'em, you'll..."
"cocaine?"
"yeah"

i love educated conversation.

You bet it does. Only 15 of those per day also. Not one more, not one less.

I admire your willpower. It must help when choking down Subway sandwiches everyday.

No! 16 is not what is scheduled! 15 is scheduled, and 15 is what I'm going to have!

If you had a big prime rib sitting in front of you, would you say "Go ahead, have two...what's one more?" No, you wouldn't, because that is a completely inapplicable situation.

Homers, I love it when you get all authoritarian! Sigh.

I am not ashamed to have lived in a state of candy
oblivion. I do plan on buying some next time I go
to the supermarket.

Also, Butterfinger Crisps are really good. They have a rich, creamy orange inside (in between layers of wafers) instead of the crunchy stuff that gets stuck to your teeth. Mmmm.

Why would you want to get rid of the "crunchy stuff that gets stuck to your teeth"? That's makes the candybar last at least another 5 mintues. Butterfingers are my #2 candybar with Baby Ruth being #1.

next time I'm at the store.

You're saying they're good, huh, Calistanian?

Just have to quote you Kiki, I know you are sneaky enough to edit this.

They make you a little necrophiliac.

I'm telling you...
I used to be only a "Peanut M&M" guy. I still love them, don't get me wrong. But, once you go "Peanut Butter", you'll never go back.

By the way, I still consider "Almond M&M's", "Crispy M&M's", and "Mini M&M's" all illigitimate family members.

To address the eating agenda...
Since I want to control my M&M eating habits, I only alot 15 for myself. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon. Then when I eat them, I eat all the blue ones first, because they are the illigitimate members of the M&M color family. After doing that, then I turn to the least represented colors (by quantity), and eat them in order starting with which color I hate the most, so that I can get rid of them (which usually turns out to be red, since I don't respect that color either, although I give it more respect than the blue, since red was an original M&M color way back in the day; however they don't use the same formula to make the red, which is why I don't respect the current red ones very much).

I think the candy makes me crazy.

I like PEANUT M&Ms the most, not peanutbutter. If I ever have a craving for anything with nuts in it I usualy go for peanut M&Ms. Also, probably my favourite candy bar or candy bar type substance would have to be Reese's Pieces.
tobafett Posted - 03/10/2005 : 17:38:09
You should be ashamed Kathryn...never a pb m&m? you SHOULD purse those lips, missy! and think about those poor people down in pennsylvania who are workin' their pingers to the bone making these fine, tasty confections. and YOU think you don't need to help them?

if you need the $69 cents, I'll fedex it to you so you can buy a pack of some of the finest sweet snacks yet invented here in the states! stop drummin' your tunes on your desk and GO to the kwiki-mart and PURCHASE a bag of candy! man!

(i've never had 'em either...i like the peanut m&m's meself..if i want pb & chocky, I'll choose a reese's cup).

Those damned Brits and Canucks are stealing our candy names!

Anyway, I've never actually tried the peanut butter kind, but I love the regular peanut kind. I generally like actual peanuts more than peanut butter, though.
