How honoured I am to find that I have developed a tribute club over here at FB.Net. Not to be one to disregard one's roots upon reaching newfound celebrity status, I would hereby like to dedicate my work to McLusky - The band who's forum put me up on a platform and propelled me to stardom. I hereby encourage all my fellow Pixies and Frank Black fans to check out McLusky, a really fucking great band.
Think Pixies/Shellac/Mudhoney/Jesus Lizard (who draw from these influences, without imitating them) with a penchant to write the catchiest abrasion fueled ditties ever (yes, ever!) with a good dashing of razor sharp Welsh wit.
I do realise that was the shittiest description of a band ever, but I'm not that good at these things, so please bear with me.
