new buzz words? remember when everybody started saying things like 'politically incorrect' and 'multi-tasking'?

i've read two books so far this year and both have contained the word "compartmentalizing". i get it, but why is it being thrown around so much all of a sudden.

com·part·men·tal·ize:
To separate into distinct parts, categories, or compartments: “You learn... even the ability to compartmentalize ethics” (Ellen Goodman).

any others you've heard lately?

Rat: do you have any regrets?
Pig: no, but i had a parrot once
Rat: that made absolutely no sense
Pig: well, it made sense to me until i learned he couldn't talk
Rat: i wish you couldn't talk
Pig: you would've liked my parrot

No, it's a long story that only a few Britains here will have a chance of understanding. Much like most of what I say.

How about fo'shizzle my nizzle?

I spent a lifespan with no cellmate

Queer Eye got old real quick. Those guys are everywhere now, I must be the only one left that likes scruffy men.

Congrats on the four kitties there, Newo!

Ohh, you are so lucky you don't have that word. IT was kinda like metero sexual overload for awhile. I did like South Park making fun of them last year! It's a straight guy that has the great tastes of a stereotypical guy man. Plus he does things like pamper himself with facials and manicures and what not.

There's a show called Queer Eye For the Straight Guy where the "Fab Five" (five gay men) help make over a straight guy. This show helped start this whole trend.

Hehehe... check this out http://www.buzzwhack.com/. You can even get the buzzword of the day

One of the buzzwords on there was

microwaiting: The time spent in front of the employee break room microwave while your lunch heats up. Regularly occurs a few minutes before noon and is generally not reported as a part of the lunch hour.

Where to begin, shine!?

"Bling" or "bling-bling" or any stupid rap saying. "Metrosexual" was
said to death. Lots of Iraq-war-related stuff has got to go, too: "embedded,"
"shock and awe."

I still believe in the excellent joy of the Frank
