How about a quit mobilephones thread? At least with cigarettes you can´t feel your cells being scrambled. And they taste better.

Quit Spamming Boards Today
“I spammed message boards (4 different bands a day) with my inane drivel every day for 35 years. Today I am spam free and before had never realised how annoying and illegal it was. Yes! It does work! I would recommend finding any friends who spam boards for a living and bludgeoning them with their keyboard"
