Here is a chance to tell everyone your most despised actor/actress...but for some reason you've seen EVERYTHING they have appeared in...and after each film you hate yourself just a little more.

i respect Tim Burton and all, but the question remains: why remake CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY? how can you possibly expect to top it? it's timeless.
i'm sure it will be visually intersting, but i wish he'd just stick to making his smaller films like BIG FISH and ED WOOD instead of doing shitty, yet visually intersting, remakes of classic films

yeah, stars....the whole phenomenon is so weird. there can be actors you feel indifferent about, have never seen them in anything, yet they capture your attention. mine, i guess is Paris Hilton. I've seen that show she's on a couple of times, had to turn it off cause it was so irritating. she's so ultimately plastic and represents everything I hate, yet I find her oddly attractive. |

I watched a soundless Quicktime trailer for Wonka, and I was mighty depressed to see that it mainly took the look of the original and seemed to be spoofing up it's kitschiness. Juliette Lewis is kind of annoying, but she's really cute. No, I said Juliette Lewis. Not KIRSTEN DUNST!;) |

I just saw the the Willy Wonka trailer, and too was very dissapointed.
The actress that I can't avoid, and grow to loathe more and more each time I see her is Jena (or is it Jenna?) Malone. Seen her in Donnie Darko, The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys, Saved!, and one other, that happens to escape me right now. Whats the deal with her always playing the troubled girlfriend?

I've heard from a few people that the trailer for the Willy Wonka remake is horrible, and these were the friends that were holding out hope that Tim Burton wouldn't completely fuck it up. I remember first hearing that he had cast Christopher Walken as Willy Wonka, that might have been interesting, but when they announced Johnny Depp it became obvious it was just going to be the usual Tim Burton shit.

I hate Tom Cruise. Top Gun, Rain Man made me avoid TC films. I had to go see Magnolia which wasn't too bad. Still hated the scenes with Tom Cruise.
