i'm sure most of you are already well familiar with this show, since it's been on for a while. but i never watch TV and don't have cable so i'm kind of out to lunch on most TV stuff.
watched the first season of this. i can't remember the last time i laughed so hard. oh my lord.. this makes me want to have HBO

I watched some of the movie last night, and it wasn't bad. Just wish I could have seen the end, but sadly is was pass out time.

my stomach is still hurting from watching the one where the topis was "Technology" and they had various media experts and some creationist guy (for some reason)..
and at one point he accused the creationist guy of not flushing the toilet back stage, and the guy was getting seriously defensive.
ah, toilet humor.
that killed me.

i don't think ali g is funny at all, and among my friends i'm the only one who doesn't LOVE him. i'm just not impressed

I don't watch TV but I make special exceptions. Example:
I am going to my former boss' house in late January to watch
a certain band you may have heard of called the Pixies on Austin
City Limits.

IM not a fan of Ali G. Was for a little while.
When it first came out i hated it, then sorta like it, then hated again....just not my thing. The humours too obvious - but not even in a good way, like little britain.
Now I do as I please and lie through my teeth. Someone might get hurt but it won't be me. I should probably feel cheap but I just feel free and a little bit empty. No it isn't so hard to get close to me. There will be no arguments. We will always agree. And I will try and be kind when I ask you to leave. We will both take it easy. But if you stay too long inside my memory, I will trap you in a song tied to a melody and I will keep you there so you can't bother me. |

Ali G is the funniest program ever created.
There are just too many classic moments to name, Borat's being the best.
Oh, I know, when he tried to sell his "hovercraft" to an American businessman.
When he made everyone stand for the Kazakhstani national anthem I thought I was going to die laughing.
Is there gonna be a new series? |

ali g is especially funny if you actually have to go to school and live around people exactly like him.
it's also funny when they (or when they used to) quote ali g and think it's funny, not realising it's them he's taking the piss out of. |

Actually, I've never seen the show, I just have a friend that quotes Ali G all the time. I've seen the clip of Sascha in the Country Western bar singing "In My Country There Is Problem" (Throw the Jew down the well). That was hysterical.
