me and my roomate wrote a rap version of "where is my mind?" and are in the process of covering "velvety".
and... why stop there? i could cover 85% of his songs.

Just a few ideas for Tribute albums…
1. Songs that the pixies could have written
(newly forum-member-composed songs with a similar pixies format)
2. Sequel songs
(members create original songs that deal with a similar theme of their chosen song, as if it were a sequel to the song)

my friends and i are making a tribute cd for my senior project. covering: something against you, where is my mind?, gouge away, bone machine, and wave of mutilation. possibly gigantic/here comes your man/broken face. we've already finished the first two. |

haha no. you will never hear them. they are not covers. they are just us messing around during a rehearsal. if you were there you'd think it'd sound awful, and considered it was recorded all with one mic, the recording sounds even worse. no chance. just said it as a joke.
however, if/when there is a tribute album, we'll try and do something then!
