I thought I would share my attempt at transcribing Debaser. Also, if someone can tell me why the typed in tab comes out uneven when posted, I would appreciate it. It's tedious to modify what I type in multiple times so that it comes out oriented correctly.

Intro.

Tune to E/standard tuning.

Joe's part
e---------10-----------10---
b-13-13-----13-13-13---13
g-----------------------------
d-----------------------------
a-----------------------------
e-----------------------------

RepeatX1

As for Frank's part, it would be easiest to play as bar chords in which only some of the strings are strummed: Dmin, Dmin9 (no 3rd), Amaj, Bflatmaj, Cmaj, Fmaj

Frank's part

e-------------------------|-----------------------------------|
b-6--6--6--5--5--5--5--|-----------------------------------|--1
g-7--7--7--5--6--6--6--|--7--7--7--7---9---9---9----9---|--2
d-7--7--7--7--7--7--7--|--8--8--8--8--10--10--10--10--|--3
a-5--5--5--5--7--7--7--|--8--8--8--8--10--10--10--10--|--3
e---------------5--5--5--|--6--6--6--6--8----8---8---8---|--1

Let me know what you think.

I'm not sure about the tab, but you can use code tabs to make it come out nice. Just put [ code] at the front and [ /code] at the end.:)
(protip: remove the spaces to make it work)

Tune to E/standard tuning.

e------10-----------10--------

They used teepers. They used bribery. They used stick tites. They used
intimidation. They used torment. They used torture. They used finks.
They used cops. They used search and seizure. They used fallaron. They
used betterment incentives. They used finger prints. They used the
bertillion system. They used cunning. They used guile. They used treachery.
They used Raoul-Mitgong but he wasn't much help. They used applied physics.
They used techniques of criminology. And what the hell, they caught him."
