Hopefully Frank's voice'll show up in something decent someday |

Posted - 06/17/2007 : 00:12:14 What is going on? I just had a sample of The Onion TivoCast downloaded to my TiVo, and it's the same crap. Horribly out of date and unfunny political parodies. How do they not know it's bad? I mean, some effort has to be put in to make this stuff, right?

Lil' Bush Graduates From Mobile Phone to Cable By Hugh Hart June 13, 2007 | 11:46:27 AM Categories: Television
Amp'd Mobile, the company that spawned "Lil' Bush" as a cell phone mobisode series, declared bankruptcy last week but that hasn't stopped Donick Cary ("The Simpsons," "The Late Show with David Letterman") from re-launching his Bush Administration parody on Comedy Central. Debuting tonight at 10:30 pm ET as a pair of ten-minute shorts, "Lil' Bush" portrays the president as a mischievous eight-year old. In upcoming episodes, the series' boy president wears "Aquaman" underpants as he goes head to head with Lil’ Kim Jong Il, leads a panty raid against an Al Qaeda Training Camp, and, with his play-date pal Tony Blair, unleashes weapons of mass destruction.
Augmenting the regular cast will be musical guest voices provided b The Foo Fighters' Dave Grohol, Frank Black From The Pixies, Jeff "Wilco" Tweedy and The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Posted - 06/11/2007 : 23:03:17 EW gives it a D and passes pity on The Daily Show for having ads for it on every commercial break. Sounds like it's as horrible as we think it is. I don't plan on watching it, not even for FB. Bleh.

Posted - 06/07/2007 : 11:27:41 Yeah, I don't really get anti-Bush humor/satire these days either. It's harder to write a fart joke than an anti-Bush joke. What's the point and who's it for?

Posted - 06/06/2007 : 14:50:32 Ughhhh!!!
This show looks TERRIBLE. The commercials are the most flattest overused anti-Bush cliche jokes I've ever heard. And isn't it a little...LATE for a show like this? And isn't this all the same idea as Human Giant's "Lil' 9/11"? And didn't "That's My Bush" do the same thing but a lot better and without crappy animation and grating voices? Ah well now I have to watch it.

The Devil voted Nader as well. To steal votes away from what-his-name....mumbly Joe.
Sorry folks, I'm on pills. Maybe I should be in the Drunk thread.
