Posted - 07/13/2011 : 15:25:41 I went to the Boise last night. BF was accompanied by Eric Feldman on bass and keyboards. It was billed as solo/acoustic (it was neither but still a good time). I tried to compile a setlist. I think the following is complete:
bullet big red calistan horrible day manitoba los angeles swimmer I'll be blue 666 that burnt out rock and roll she took all the money Abstract plain I heard ramona sing ten percenter sir rockaby nimrod's son whiskey in your shoes all around the world dead mans curve sing for joy |

Posted - 07/19/2011 : 11:39:10 I agree with FBC, Darwin, and Ziggy. I expected to like it (because of the keys/EDF) but not as much as I did, if only the audience would shut up. I don't get singing along with a totally improvised version on acoustic... it's not like he's playing it straight up and with a loud rock band. Still, at least they know the songs...

Posted - 07/18/2011 : 15:28:57 I love it you can hear all the yack-yacking from the crowd during Sir Rock. Then the explosion of applause and approval for the one and only Pixie song, Nimrod's Son. Heh!
Go Frank! He took all the money and... |

Posted - 07/18/2011 : 09:29:23 Yeah, bit odd. Setlists of the last few years seem to be pretty static. |

Posted - 07/15/2011 : 21:59:13 Listening back. Didn't expect to like it as much as I did. Sounds really lovely with all the keys/piano, to be honest. |

Posted - 07/15/2011 : 10:10:42 Nice show, but I wish the audience would quit singing. |
